Schedule Early!!- Limited availability-

Lessons are scheduled for each weekday and weekend time slot for the entire month- four or five lessons respectively. Lessons are prepaid by the 5th of the month. Reservation requests to secure the following month need to be confirmed by the 15th of the month. Make check payable to Laura Gould or Swim Lessons Raleigh or paypal (laura@swimlessonsraleigh.com. $2 service fee appled to all paypal transactions. All Springdale lessons must be paid by check to Swim Lessons Raleigh.

Pool time is reserved with HealthTrax in advance and is prepaid and non refundable. As such, missed lessons are non-refundable unless 24 hour prior notice is given. In the event of an authorized rescheduling, students must fit into an already existing secured time slot in that month's or following month's calender. Failure to give 24 hour verbal or written notice for any missed lesson will result in the forfeiture of fees paid for that particular lesson. I will work hard  with you to make up your lessons when you let me know!

Swim Lessons Raleigh reserve the right to cancel scheduled lessons without notice in the event on illness or mechanical failure. In the event of unforeseen cancellation your fees are transferable to any future existing or vacant time slot. Swim Lessons Raleigh will make every effort to contact you by email on the day of a cancellation. Emails will go out as close to 10:00 am as possible.

All parents must complete a contact information sheet and a parental consent and waiver form prior to participating in any lessons.

Families and individuals are required to register with HealthTrax prior to entering the facility and will receive a Swim Lessons Raleigh bar code guest pass good for entry into the Aquatic center only. This pass must be presented on all future visits. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first lesson to complete the Healthtrax registation process.

All HealthTrax policies and procedure must be followed at all times. HealthTrax has a no tolerance policy in regards to disturbances to their staff and membership. Failure to follow all posted rules may result in loss of fees paid and cancellation of all future lessons.

Private Lessons $35 per person
Small Group Lessons-  $14 per person ($10 at Springdale for Members and Guests)

Family discount available for 2 or more children.

Swim Lessons Raleigh observes all legal Monday holidays- No lessons will be scheduled on these dates- Swimlessonsraleigh does not conduct business during the weeks of July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years unless by appointment.
