“I would love for the kids to continue to be coached by you. You have made them love swimming and you are the ONLY one that has been able to get Jackson interested!! If you cannot fit us in on Saturdays I may have Darby wait and do swim team the next session (~ January). Thanks so much for all that you do! You are amazing with all the kids that you coach!! “Donna J

“We are actually seeing lot of improvement in his swimming, since the time he started learning to swim from you. He is enjoying and having lot of fun doing swimming. Its all of your's and A's hard work which is paying off real well. We and definitely A is very lucky to have such a wonderful swim teacher. Thanks for all your help. We really appreciate it.” Manisha

“OMG - You are just the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am so thrilled that we found you.  The girls did not want to leave and they were telling me all about the lesson. I can't believe that Hannah let you take her around the pool!   My heart is warm. “ Miriam

“We talk about you often and look forward to you helping us perfect our strokes in the off season - but we are definitely at a "read a book" phase at the pool right now!  Thanks for all the ground work you laid so that we could have a fun summer. “ Laura

“You were highly recommended to me by several people.” Melissa

“You are the best swim coach I know.  We went swimming at Wood Valley this weekend and I really noticed a difference in his free style.  He was also working on his arms with the breast stroke and the drill you taught him.  He was actually swimming a lot in the pool and not just playing.  I definitely think your lessons are helping, We think a lot of you and I know you can improve his swimming.” Nicole

He’s very timid and doesn’t open up to many people - but he always talks about how much he likes you and wants to “impress you”.  So I’m happy to have him continue lessons!  He’s learned a lot and he feels comfortable with you.  You’re always friendly and approachable!  Sending lots of love your way,”

Stephanie Strider- Instructor

Hi!  My name is Stephanie Strider and I am very excited to join the Swim Lessons Raleigh teaching team.  I am currently a Masters swimmer, having swum competitively with a summer team since I was eight and with USA Swimming since I was ten.  I have been a part of teaching hundreds of children and teens to swim over the past eight years as I have assisted coaching with the same summer team.  In addition, I have had the privilege of being the head coach of Durham Dolphins Swim Team for the past four years.  Three of my favorite activities are swimming, teaching, and being with kids, and I am thrilled to combine these skills to serve Swim Lessons Raleigh.
